The convenience fee for all pickup orders between $30-$149 is $3. For pickup orders $150+, the convenience fee is waived. Delivery fee is $8 within a radius of approximately 5 miles from the store. Minimum order is $30.

Yes! We are offering delivery starting at $8 and will be delivering to a radius of approximately 5 miles from our store.
Yes, we fulfill same day orders at all three locations, although those details vary. All orders require a lead time of at least 1.5 hours, but may be more depending on your location and time of day your order is placed. See your location for details at checkout.
Though some item prices might be different from those in-store, Reynolds Online Shopping works hard to provide the best value for online grocery shopping. All advertised discounts and promotions found in the Reynolds weekly ad are honored at the same price you would receive in the store. - Search for items using the search bar at the top of the page
- Search for items using the department navigation on the left hand side of the page.
- Add items to your cart by hovering over the item and selecting the quantity needed.
- Click on the cart tab on the right hand side of the screen
- Select in-store pickup and enter your contact information
- Choose a date and time for in-store pick up or delivery
- Review your order and enter any promotion codes
- Checkout with your credit card
- Pickup your order at your selected time or be home at the time of your scheduled delivery. Be sure to have your confirmation code handy as it is required to release your order.
The minimum order is $30.00 and the maximum order is $2,000.00 for online shopping. Items are subject to store availability
You may place your order up to five days in advance. You can modify your order until closer to your pickup or delivery time. This varies by store. If you need to modify your order after this, please call the store and we can adjust or cancel your order.

We do not accept gift cards at this time. Payment must be made by credit or debit card at time of purchase.
We currently do not accept WIC/EBT payments at this time. Payment must be made by credit card at time of purchase. We are working with our software providers and the USDA to make this a possibility in the future.. The only form of payment we currently accept on our site is credit/debit cards.

We are not able to process your alcohol or tobacco requests through our online shopping app. After completing your online order, you can call the store to add your alcohol and/or tobacco items to your pickup order. You will be required to come in to the store to show ID and pay for these items separately.
If you miss your timeslot, we will contact you to reschedule. If you know ahead of time you will not be able to meet your pre-selected time, please contact us to reschedule.
- Look for the Reynolds Online Shopping parking signs
- Call or text the designated online shopping number found on your email confirmation or on the parking sign and we will bring your order out to your car.
Is it expected for me to tip the Reynolds employee who brings me my groceries curbside? What about delivery drivers?
No, you don't need to tip. It is store policy not to accept tips. We provide these conveniences to our shoppers, whether you are shopping in store or online. Your kind thought is appreciated. We are happy to serve our customers.
